cats .The Lions are Native to Africa . The Adult Lion has Big Mane 

( Hairs ) .The Scientific Name of Lion is - Panthera Leo .The Female Lion is Called As Lionesses .

2. The Bite Force of Lion is ( 650 PSI ) .These 650 PSL Bite force is More than Domestic dog Mastiff  ( 552 PSI ) . These Bite force is Not much Stronger than Other Predators But Lion hunts in Groups So There Hunting Get Successful. 

3. The Total Lion Population is 20000 . The 95% of Lions Population is in Africa . The Lions are Founds in 28 countries of Africa  and In Gir forest of India . In India There is 650 Lions . In India the Lions are Founds in only Gujrat . In Gujrat Survey 109 adult males, 201 adult females and 213 cubs are Founds .

The 100% of Asiatic Lions are Founds in India ( Gujrat ). 

5. The Lions are the King of the Pride . The Male Lion plays major role in Pride and Lionesses  Protect the Group . The Female Lionessesweight : 118 - 130 Kg . Male Lion weight :160 - 190 Kg . Height of Female Lionesses : 1.1 Meter . The Height of Male Lion : 1.2 Meter .

6. Usually the Male Lions are Successful Hunter . they Likes to Hunt alone and female Hunts in Group . But When there is a Strong Pride then Both male and female Hunts together .

7. The Lions are Carnivores Animals . They only Eats meats . In there Diet they Eats many animals  , dogs, antelopes, cheetahs, buffaloes, leopards, crocodiles, baby elephants, rhinoceros, hippopotamuses, dears , Giraffe etc .

8. A Group or Pride of Lions are of 30 Lions . The Female is the Main Hunter in Pride . The Lions Haves there Own territory . they mark There Territory by there scents ( Smell ) .

Lion , Tiger , Leopard , Jaguar these all Animals Roar But the Lion Roars Loud The Lions Roar can Hear up to 8 Kilometers Away .

10. The Male Lions Lifespan is 8 - 10 Years . The Female Lions Lifespan is 11 - 15 Years . The Lions Mainly Lives in Grassland , 

Scrubs , Woodland Where They Can Easily Hunt .But they are  Adapted the Habitat to Lives in Tropical Rainforest and Desert area.

11. The Tiger Eyesight is very Powerful . they can see Six times better  than Humans in Dark . 

12. Around Two Thousand Year Ago Millions of  Lions are there in 

Europe, Syria, Israel, Iraq, Pakistan, Iran, India. and Africa etc and in 1940s 4,50,000 Lions are Present . But Due to humans and Predators the Lions Population Decreased .
